Project Details

Development of a new bar and restaurant in Formby, with a Conservative Club to the first floor. This project was a two-stage contract for 2 clients: J D Wetherspoon PLC and Formby Conservative Club. 80% of the work was new build, whilst the remaining 20% was a first florr refurbishment for the Conservative Club, incuding a roof terrace, snooker room, bar and lounge.
